MWX and the Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/secure operation. There is no guarantee of listings, liquidity, or secondary markets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWX entities, directors, officers, employees, advisors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or value arising out of or related to the Materials or your use or inability to use MWX/MWXT.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MWX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of applicable terms or violation of law.

12. Changes, Suspension & Discontinuation

MWX may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, utility, reward, staking, or parameter (including fees, buybacks, or burns) at any time and for any reason, without liability or prior notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand elements, code, designs, and content are owned or licensed by the relevant MWX entity(ies) and may not be used except as permitted by law or MWX written consent.

14. Entities & Governing Law

The marketplace is operated by MWX Global FZCO, Dubai, UAE. The token is issued by MWX Labs Ltd., BVI. Governing law and dispute resolution are as set out in the Platform Terms of Use.
